The only way to describe the ZER Series flush valve is simply AMAZING! Unlike many other sensor flush valves this unit features a "motor driven" actuator. It's like having a "motorized handle" in place of a standard manual handle. Since no solenoid is used in the waterway typical problems relating to dirt and debris clogging the solenoid are absolutely a thing of the past! The motor driven sensor unit is completely outside the main waterway and is thus unaffected by harsh water of any type!
