ZURN Corrosive Waste Pipe and Fittings

Mechanical Joint or Fusion!

The ZURN Corrosive Waste Drainage System combines both of the most popular joining systems -- Mechanical Joint and Fusion Joint.   If your choice of joining the pipe and fittings is mechanical joint, only a low cost grooving tool is required. If your choice is fusion joint, a fusion joint machine is available. The single fitting type for both fusion and mechanical joint systems reduces the number of different parts therefore eliminating the need for dual inventories and ultimately reducing installation costs. All pipe and fittings meet applicable ASTM standards and are approved by NSF.

Smart Fusion Technology:

When absolutely nothing but a fusion joint connection is acceptable, the ZURN Fusion Lock(tm) joint system is today's best choice in fusion technology!   The ZURN Fusion Lock Machine (shown at right) automatically senses the connection size(s) and job site temperature and delivers the correct power required to create perfect fusion joints, even with simultaneous multiple joint setups! (Up to the specified maximum, see installation instructions for details.)
